Since 2018, Hope in the Hills has distributed more than $1 million to boots-on-the-ground non-profits doing life-saving prevention, recovery and wellness programming across Appalachia and beyond - but heavily focused on our home region - central Appalachia (Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, East Tennessee and western Virginia). Additionally, Hope in the Hills funds music therapy and festival outreach around the region.
Through our annual concert, Healing Appalachia, and other events, we generate funds to support organizations that align with our mission to fuel recovery in the region. Each year, we award tens of thousands of dollars to various recovery-related projects.
